聚苯胺(PANI)具有防腐蚀性能,目前对除氧条件下可用作防腐蚀涂料基料、能促进金属钝化的PANI研究较少.为此,将掺杂态PANI制备成单独的PANI膜电极, 研究了该电极在1 mol/L H2SO4中的性质及其在除氧条件下与1Cr13不锈钢的电化学耦合行为.无氧条件下,PANI膜与1Cr13不锈钢耦合时,PANI能使1Cr13不锈钢稳定钝化.根据电化试验提出,掺杂态PANI对1Cr13不锈钢的防腐蚀作用来自于伽伐尼阳极保护作用, PANI膜在除氧酸性溶液中通过循环脱杂与掺杂为金属钝化提供了必需的氧化电流.
