研究了工艺对BaTiO3基、中温烧结的高介高稳定MLC介质系统电性能的影响.随着BaTiO3合成温度的提高,系统介电系数先升后降,介电系数的变化率一直呈上升趋势,过烧时,瓷料系统的ε-T曲线会成单峰,采用硬度高的锆球作磨球,有助于提高瓷料的介电系数,降低介电系数的变化率.
