本文对钛合金表面钙磷生物医学陶瓷涂层失效的原因进行了分析,认为改善涂层稳定性是比提高涂层结合强度更重要的研究课题。引入致密、化学性能稳定的中间层,进行涂层组成和孔结构的梯度设计及采用多种涂层技术的复合是解决涂层稳定性的方向。

In this paper,the failing reasons of biomedical ceramic coatingsof calcium phosphate were analyzed.It was suggested that improving coating stability is one of those main works for biomedical coating research at present.It is a developing direction of coating research to improve coating stability through making a compact and stable interlayer between metal matrix and bioactive coating,designing a gradient coating of composition and pore structure,and adopting complex technique of several coating methods and after-treatment techniques.
