采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法制备SnO2薄膜,通过对薄膜的不同处理方式(热处理、氨处理和未处理)所获得的SnO2薄膜的比较,研究了氨处理SnO2薄膜的结构、抗机械损坏能力、光学及电学特性。实验结果表明氨处理溶胶-凝胶SnO2薄膜不仅具有较好的抗机械损坏能力,同时也具有良好的光学和电学性能。

In this paper,the structure,abrasion-resistance,optical and electric properties of NH3-treatment SnO2 film prepared by sol-gel technique,were investigated.It is found that the film has a good mechanical performance,but also has good optical and electrical performances.
