利用二次固相反应合成的方法,在低温下首次合成了Mg2Si1-xGex系连续固溶体;所制得的产品呈单相特征,不含任何氧化物或碳化物,且颗粒粒径大幅度细化.对产物相组成以及固相反应过程中热量的变化,掺Ge对Mg2Si1-xGex晶胞参数的影响都进行了讨论.
