采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同组成的Sr1-xBaxTiO3(x=0.0,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6)(SBT)粉体,分析了形成钛酸锶钡凝胶的影响因素,利用XRD,DTA,SEM手段分析了干凝胶各阶段的反应情况、物相组成以及颗粒形貌、尺寸.实验结果表明:制得的SBT粉体晶相单一,颗粒粒径小于50nm,且分布均匀.
