介绍了低损耗MnZn铁氧体的研究现状及TDK,SIMENS等公司最新产品情况,通过对原材料的性质、掺杂和烧结工艺分析,说明它们决定了低损耗MnZn铁氧体的微观结构,同时也表明原材料的匹配对提高材料的性能有重要作用.探讨了低损耗MnZn铁氧体材料的工艺发展方向.
