通过热力学计算,探讨Si-B2O3-TiO2系在还原性气氛下TiB2,Ti(C,N)的可能性、生成途径以及产物在此体系中的相对稳定性.结果表明:Si-B2O3-TiO2系在还原性气氛下TiB2的生成有2种可能性,生成物中TiB2要比TiN和TiC稳定.在1843K左右,TiC和TiN可以形成固溶体Ti(C,N).
