研究了SiCW加入至Al2O3基体中注凝成型料浆的流变特性.研究结果表明:该体系表现出剪切增厚的胀流型流变特性.料浆流变性能与SiCW掺量、SiCW平均长度和SiCW与浆料的混合时间有关;但随着SiCW掺量的增加,剪切应力迅速增加,系统出现中断剪切现象;为了改善含SiCW料浆的流变性能,通过在晶须表面覆盖了一层钛酸酯的憎水膜,降低了料浆的表观粘度和剪切应力,并相应提高了晶须的掺量.
