通过在同成分的熔体中加入0~10%(质量分数)的K2O提拉法生长了近化学计量比的LiNbO3晶体.用测量晶格常数和居里温度的方法测定了[Li]/[Nb],结果表明加入到同成分的熔体中的K2O的量决定了晶体中的[Li]/[Nb].对这种方法生长的LiNbO3晶体的缺陷和畴结构进行了分析和研究.
