运用改进的柠檬酸络合自燃法合成高纯相的B位双掺杂钙钛矿化合物La4BaCu5-x-yCoxNiyO13+δ,采用DTA-TG,XRD,SEM,BET等基础性测试手段对其物相结构、显微形貌等相关物理化学性质进行了基本的表征分析,利用Treor,Retveld等晶胞精修软件对XRD测试结果进行处理,并得到了一些有意义的结果.
