采用Spex型振动式高能球磨机在氮气中球磨Ti粉,采用X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析产物的相结构和形貌.结果表明,Ti粉在氮气中球磨9h,可完全转变为fcc结构TiNx纳米粉.
