对不同生长条件下,Bridgman法晶体生长过程进行了计算,对界面形状的改变的规律加以总结,并讨论了不同生长条件对界面形状的改变的影响.换热系数、导热系数和晶体宽度是影响界面凸凹程度及其变化趋势的重要参数.
