用传统熔体冷却方法制得B2O3-BaO-ZnO三元系统玻璃,考察了该系统玻璃的形成规律,并且探索了该系统玻璃的组成与性能之间的关系.结果表明:该系统玻璃的形成范围较宽,但B2O3的引入摩尔分数最高不能超过75%,最低不能少于25%.B2O3的含量过高,熔体冷却时容易分相,而B2O3的含量过低时,则熔体在冷却时容易结晶.获得玻璃的线胀系数在(6～10)×10-6K-1之间;转变温度在530～580℃之间;室温下电阻率在(2～5)×1010Ω·m之间;密度值较大.
