研究了用有机聚合物调和液制备的聚合磷酸钙骨水泥(PCPC),实验表明聚丙烯酸(PCA)水溶液或丙烯酸和衣康酸共聚物(PAIA)水溶液中羧基基团与碱性TTCP发生酸碱反应,形成聚羧酸钙包裹TTCP和DCPA颗粒的结构,凝结时间大大缩短,抗压强度显著提高,反应后期有少量羟基磷灰石微晶生成.加入PCA或PAIA聚合酸使PCPC固化体24h抗压强度分别达到81.0MPa和90.6MPa,PCPC在牙科等临床领域有良好应用前景.
