综述了离子取代与六角铁氧体结构、静磁特性、微波吸收性能的关系.表明离子取代可以有效地控制六角铁氧体的Ms,HA等静磁性能,改善其微波电磁性能,使其在亚毫米及毫米波段具有较好的微波吸收特性.对铁氧体在RAM材料中的发展进行展望.
