尝试一种利用溶胶-凝胶法制备防腐蚀透明疏水性薄膜的新方法(一步工艺),即按照传统溶胶凝胶工艺配制FAS-SiO2混合溶液,再加入已具有胶体特性的TEOS溶液,配制性能稳定的涂覆用溶胶.通过对溶胶进行差热热重分析确定胶体的特性;利用红外光谱仪对薄膜表面结构进行表征;在不同的热处理温度下比较薄膜接触角的大小.当薄膜在300℃热处理,其接触角达到113°,薄膜表面质量良好,附着力达到GB1720-88相应一级;薄膜的防腐蚀能力良好.
