K2(1-x)SrxZr4(PO4)6 (x=0,0.5,1.0,简称KSZP)属于NZP族材料.本文用直接共沉淀法合成了KSZP粉体.粉料添加质量分数分别为3%的ZnO和3%的SiO2作为助烧剂在100MPa压力下单面加压成型,坯体在1100℃下无压烧结制成KSZP陶瓷.讨论了KSZP陶瓷的抗弯强度及介电性能与工艺参数间的关系,并用扫描电镜对陶瓷断面进行观察,用压汞仪对气孔率进行测试.实验测得KSZP陶瓷的抗弯强度分别为109.00MPa、 88.32MPa和72.18MPa,介电常数为7.26、5.12和4.52,均属于低介电材料.
