采用溶胶-凝胶法制取一系列La2/3Ca1/3Mn(1-x)FexO3(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.05)纳米晶粉末.并用XRD,TEM 进行了表征.结果表明干凝胶在230 ℃自燃烧即可形成LaCaMnO3钙钛矿结构纳米晶,700 ℃焙烧4 h其粒径为20~50 nm.用四探针法对样品进行测量结果表明:Fe含量不同的样品的电阻与温度关系变化趋势是一致的,并且随掺杂量的增加,电阻峰值增加,其峰值对应的温度逐渐向低温区移动.
