以硝酸铅和硫代氨基脲为最初原料,采用配合物低温水热分解法,制备了半导体 PbS 树枝晶.并用 X 射线粉末衍射(XRD)和 X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)确定所制备粉体为纯 PbS,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表明粉体形貌是树枝晶形,且有 3 次枝晶析出,选区电子衍射(SAED)图案证实晶枝是单晶生长的.同时对PbS 树枝晶的生长机理进行了探讨.
