以CdO、CdCO3、CdCl2作Cd的前驱物,分别与Na2S·9H2O和Se粉在室温条件下,采用固相研磨法制备CdS1-xSex.XRD结果表明,合成产物与Cd的前驱物有关,即以CdO作Cd的前驱物时,得到的产物是CdS0.54Se0.46;而以CdCO3或CdCl2作Cd的前驱物时,得到的产物是CdS0.75Se0.25.吸收谱(U-3310 Spectrophotometer)和荧光谱(AFS AFS-230E)的测试结果进一步证实了CdS0.54Se0.46和CdS0.75Se0.25产物,最后对室温固相反应合成CdS1-xSex的机理进行了探讨.
