通过比较不同的防氧化剂对LF炉渣线部位MgO- C砖抗氧化性、高温强度、抗渣性的影响,认为以Al-Mg合金与少量B4C复合的防氧化剂较为适宜;另外,在制品工作面刷防氧化涂料可减少烘包过程中石墨的氧化并能提高制品的抗渣性。
Effects of various antioxidants on oxidation resistance,hot MOR and slag resistance of MgO - C brick forLF slag line were studied. It is concluded that Al - Mg alloy and a little of B4C used together as antioxidantis proper. The product with oxidation-resistant coating can decrease the oxidation of carbon during thecourse of baking ladle and improve slag resistance.
