对宝钢试用的镁尖晶石炭滑板进行了性能检测,并与铝炭锆、锆炭质滑板一起进行了抗CaO渣侵蚀试验,其抗侵蚀性优于后者。对用后的镁尖晶石炭滑板进行了显微结构分析,探讨了滑板的损毁机理。

The properties of MgO-MA-C slide plate were tested. Comparative testing of CaO corrosion resistance wascarried out among MgO-MA-C,Al2O3-C-ZrO2 and ZrO2-C materials. The CaO corrosion resistance of MgO-MA-C material was superior to the others. The microstructure of MgO-MA-C slide plate after being usedwas analyzed, and wear mechanism of MgO-MA-C slide plate was discussed.
