以草浆造纸黑液为研究对象,通过对木质素的分离、提纯及对其酚羟基、羟甲基化改性,制备了木质素酚醛树脂结合剂。选择双氧水+稀土为催化剂,确定了其最佳的制备反应条件和试样成型工艺条件。所合成的木质素酚醛树脂结合剂,可以用于A12 O3等材料的常温成型,具有良好的粘度及和易性,提高了制品的热学、力学性能。同时可分别替代酚、醛原料的90%及85%,具有显著的经济与环保效益。
Binder for refractories was prepared from lignin separated from pulp black liquor by hydroxypheylation andhydromethylation. The best terms, such as activator, activation conditions and sample forming conditions,were selected. Lignin-based phenolic binders were used in forming Al2 O3 brick at room temperature andimproved the strength and thermal properties of the brick. The binder has many good properties, such asgood viscosity and workability, and has achieved notable economic and environmental benefit.
