综述了影响钢包自动开浇率的各种因素,介绍了宝钢提高钢包自动开浇率的一些研究结果.重点研究了引流砂改进、钢水传搁时间及精炼方式对钢包自动开浇率的影响,通过采取一系列有效措施,宝钢连铸钢包自动开浇率达到了98.5%以上.
