采用场发射扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪研究了一种以电熔氧化铬为原料,磷酸二氢铝为结合剂的电熔再结合型铬铝砖的显微结构.结果表明:在电熔氧化铬粗颗粒的晶体表面附生一些圆形微细的金属铬,其粒径大多小于5μm,在制砖烧成过程中无变化;电熔氧化铬细颗粒与添加的氧化铝微粉形成( Cr,Al)2O3固溶体,促进粒间结合;结合剂磷酸二氢铝在烧结过程分解为磷酸铝AlPO4,在基质中形成了团聚状结晶.
