以稻壳为原料,经过低温预处理后将其浸渍在TiO2溶胶中,经干燥、高温处理后得到稻壳二氧化硅试样.利用XRD、SEM和EDS研究了经TiO2溶胶处理前后的稻壳组成及多孔织构.结果表明:经溶胶浸渍及高温处理后的稻壳试样中气孔壁及表面形成致密的TiO2纳米颗粒膜,增强了其骨架强度,经1 400℃处理后仍能保持本征的多孔织构.
