为了找出CaO合成CaZrO3的适宜含钙原料,分别以CaCO3、CaO和Ca(OH)2为钙源,以单斜ZrO2和CaO稳定ZrO2为原料,利用固相反应法在1600℃下烧结制备 CaZrO3。对合成产物进行热力学计算,并用XRD、SEM分析烧后试样的相组成、显微结构和晶粒的发育情况。结果表明,不同原料均能够合成锆酸钙,但不同原料所合成的锆酸钙的致密度和晶粒尺寸不同:以Ca(OH)2和CaO稳定ZrO2为原料合成的试样中CaZrO3晶相的含量最高,致密度最好,晶粒发育最完全。

The CaZrO3 specimens were prepared using CaCO3 ,CaO and Ca(OH)2 as Ca source,respective-ly,monoclinic ZrO2 or CaO stabilized ZrO2 as starting materials,firing at 1 600 ℃ by solid phase method to find out the suitable calcium-containing materials for synthesis CaZrO3 using solid phase method.The synthe-sized products were calculated using thermodynamic method,the phase composition,microstructure and grain growth state of the fired specimens were analyzed using XRD and SEM.The results show that CaZrO3 can be synthesized using different starting materials,but the corresponding densities and grain sizes are dif-ferent:the specimen synthesized from Ca(OH)2 and CaO stabilized ZrO2 has the highest CaZrO3 content and density,and the best developed crystal grains.
