以粒度为3~1和≤1 mm的板状刚玉为骨料,板状刚玉细粉、α-Al2 O3微粉和Si粉为细粉,分别添加质量分数为3%的六方氮化硼、3%和10%的鳞片石墨制备了Al2 O3-BN和低碳、高碳Al2 O3-C三种试样,并对比了其常温物理性能、高温强度、抗氧化性、抗热震性和抗渣侵蚀性。结果表明:1)Al2 O3-BN耐火材料的常温、高温物理性能与低碳铝碳材料相差不大,并优于传统高碳铝碳材料;2)Al2 O3-BN 耐火材料具有比碳复合耐火材料更好的抗热震性和抗氧化性,抗渣性与低碳铝碳材料的相当;3)考虑到材料的整体性能,六方氮化硼可以替代石墨作为原料,用于制备综合性能优异的氧化铝质复合耐火材料。

The specimens of Al2O3-BN,low carbon Al2O3-C,and high carbon Al2O3-C were prepared using tabular alumina of 3 -1 and ≤1 mm as aggregate,tabular alumina powder,α-Al2O3 micropowder,and Si powder as matrix,adding 3%hexagonal boron nitride,3%flake graphite or 10%flake graphite in mass,re-spectively.The cold physical properties,hot strength,oxidation resistance,thermal shock resistance and slag corrosion resistance of the specimens were compared.The results show that:(1)cold and hot physi-cal properties of the Al2O3-BN refractories are slightly different compared with those of the low carbon Al2O3-C refractories,but better than those of the traditional high carbon Al2O3-C refractories;(2)Al2O3-BN refractories have better thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance,and similar slag corrosion resist-ance compared with the Al2O3-C refractories;(3)hexagonal boron nitride can replace flake graphite as a starting material for the preparation of alumina based composite refractories.
