为了制备结构致密的AlN陶瓷,在AlN粉末中加入2%(w)的Y2 O3,经细磨、造粒、成型烘干后,在热压炉内于氮气气氛中1800~1950℃分别保温1~4 h无压烧结制得AlN陶瓷,并研究了烧成温度和保温时间对AlN陶瓷致密度、导热性及显微结构的影响。结果表明:随着烧成温度的提高和保温时间的延长,添加Y2 O3的AlN陶瓷的晶粒趋于均匀,显气孔率下降,致密化程度提高;当烧成温度为1850℃,保温时间达到2 h时,AlN陶瓷的相对密度达到99.8%,热导率达到94.8 W·(m·K)-1。

The dense AlN ceramics were prepared by adding 2 mass%Y2O3 in AlN powder,fine-milling,pel-leting,drying,and pressureless firing at 1 800-1 950 ℃ for 1 -4 h in a graphite furnace with flowing nitro-gen.Effect of the firing process (firing temperature and soaking time)on density,thermal conductivity and microstructure of AlN ceramics was studied.The results show that firing temperature rising and soaking time prolonging can uniform the grain size,decrease the apparent porosity,and improve the density;the relative density of AlN ceramic is 99.8% and the thermal conductivity is 94.8 W·(m·K)-1 after firing at 1 850 ℃ for 2 h .
