为降低铁沟浇注料的原料成本,在基质相同的情况下,分别以棕刚玉和均质矾土为骨料制备了两种Al2 O3-SiC-C 铁沟浇注料,对比了两种骨料对该浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:(1)经110、1100和1500℃热处理后,以均质矾土为骨料的试样(编号为 HB90)的体积密度和显气孔率均低于以棕刚玉为骨料的试样(编号为 BFA)的;经110和1100℃热处理后的常温抗折强度和耐压强度均高于试样 BAF 的;经1500℃热处理后,其常温抗折和耐压强度略低于试样 BAF 的。(2)均质矾土骨料玻璃相含量较低,对试样的高温抗折强度影响不大,使得试样 HB90和试样 BFA 的高温抗折强度相同。(3)与试样 BFA 相比,试样 HB90的抗侵蚀性略差,抗渗透性较好。可见,均质矾土具有较好的综合性能,能替代棕刚玉在出铁沟浇注料中使用。

In order to reduce material cost of iron trough castables,with the same matrix,two kinds of Al2 O3-SiC-C iron trough castables were prepared using homogenized bauxite and brown corundum as aggregate,respectively.Effects of the two aggregates on properties of the castables were researched.The results show that:(1)after 110,1 100 or 1 500 ℃ heat treatment,the bulk density and apparent porosity of the specimen (HB90)with homogenized bauxite were lower than those of the specimen (BFA)with brown corundum,but the CMOR and the compressive strength of the HB90 after hot treated at 110 or 1 100 ℃ are higher than those of the BFA;after hot treated at 1 500 ℃,the CMOR and compressive strength of the HB90 are a little higher than those of the BFA;(2)the glass phase content of HB90 aggregate is low,which has little effect on HMOR;the HB90 has the same HMOR with BFA;(3 )compared with BFA,the HB90 has slightly worse corrosion resistance,but better penetration resistance.The homogenized bauxite performs good comprehensive properties,which can replace brown corundum in iron trough castables.
