为提高莫来石支撑体的渗透性,采用添加造孔剂法制备莫来石支撑体,并通过改变混料方式研究对莫来石支撑体的显气孔率、透气度、常温耐压强度及显微结构的影响。结果表明:相比于将莫来石、烧结助剂及造孔剂同时混合的传统混料法,以逐层包覆混料法混合莫来石、烧结助剂及造孔剂时,所制备的支撑体的显气孔率和透气度更高,常温耐压强度更低,支撑体的孔隙贯通性更好,这将有助于改善支撑体的渗透性能,提高产品的使用性能。

The mullite supports were prepared by adding pore-forming agents in order to increase the per-meability.The influences of mixing methods of starting materials on the apparent porosity,the air permea-bility,the cold compression strength and the microstructure of the supports were studied.The results show that compared with the traditional simultaneous mixing of mullite,sintering aids and pore-forming agents, the coating layer by layer mixing method makes supports have higher air permeability and apparent porosi-ty,lower cold compression strength and better pore connectivity,which is beneficial to improving the per-meability and service properties of mullite supports.
