以高铝矾土、二氧化硅微粉和氧化铝微粉为原料,以磷酸二氢铝和磷酸为结合剂,制备了用于 CFB 锅炉的高铝质耐磨可塑料。重点研究市售60、65、70和75四种铝酸钙水泥对烘干后及1100℃热处理后高铝质耐磨可塑料体积密度、常温力学性能、烧后线变化率、耐磨性及促凝性的影响,并通过 XRD 和 SEM对热处理后试样物相组成和断面显微结构进行了分析。结果表明:随着铝酸钙水泥中氧化铝含量的增大以及氧化钙含量的减小,烘干和热处理后高铝质耐磨可塑料体积密度、常温力学性能和耐磨性会逐渐降低,并且氧化钙含量的减小还会削弱铝酸钙水泥对高铝质耐磨可塑料的促凝作用。热处理后高铝质耐磨可塑料物相组成为刚玉相和莫来石相,促凝剂铝酸盐水泥中氧化铝含量增大,会加强可塑料中刚玉相的结晶特征。

High-alumina wear-resistant plastic refractory for CFB boilers was prepared by using high alumina bauxite,silica fume and alumina powder as starting materials,aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and phos-phoric acid as binding agents.The effects of four commercial calcium aluminate cements (alumina content is 60,65,70 and 75,respectively)on bulk density,mechanical properties at room temperature,linear change rate on heating,wear resistance and coagulating property of high-alumina plastic refractories dried or fired at 1 100 ℃ were studied.The phase composition and section microstructure of fired specimens were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that the bulk density,mechanical properties at room temperature and wear resistance of high-alumina plastic refractories dried or fired decrease with increasing content of alumina and decreasing content of calcia in calcium aluminate cement.The coagulating effect of calcium aluminate cement on the high-alumina wear-resistant plastic refractory is weakened by the de-crease of calcia content.Burned specimens of plastic refractories were composed of corundum and mul-lite.The crystalline characteristics of corundum are strengthened by the increase of alumina content.
