为改善镁质弥散型透气耐火材料性能,以粒度0.2~1 mm 的高纯镁砂颗粒、≤0.074 mm 的高纯镁砂细粉和≤0.074 mm 的锆酸钙细粉为原料,经配料、成型、110℃保温24 h 干燥和1650℃保温3 h 烧成制备镁质弥散型透气耐火材料。研究了锆酸钙加入量(w)分别为5%、9%、13%时对镁质弥散型透气耐火材料致密度、透气度、抗热震性、常温强度和高温强度等性能及显微结构的影响。结果表明,随着锆酸钙加入量的增加,材料的显气孔率、透气度、烧后常温强度和高温抗折强度减小,体积密度增加,抗热震性能得到改善,并在加入量达到9%(w)时最高。

Magnesia based dispersed porous refractories were prepared using high-purity magnesia parti-cles (0.2 -1 mm)and fines (≤0.074 mm),and calcium zirconate fines (≤0.074 mm)as raw materials, after batching,shaping,drying at 110 ℃ for 24 h,and firing at 1 650 ℃ for 3 h in order to improve their air permeability.Effects of calcium zirconate additions (5%,9%,13%,by mass)on the density,air permeabili-ty,thermal shock resistance,cold and high temperature strengths,and microstructure of magnesia based dispersed porous refractories were researched.The results show that:with the calcium zirconate addition increasing,the apparent porosity,air permeability,cold strength after firing,and hot modulus of rupture de-crease,the bulk density increases,the thermal shock resistance improves and to the best when the calcium zirconate addition is 9%.
