采用 SEM、FESEM、EDS 和 XRD 研究了两种焦炉蓄热室用后格子砖的显微结构变化。结果表明,侵蚀介质的主要组分是铁氧化物,在渣蚀层表面生成铁铝尖晶石固溶体、纳米级赤铁矿微粒、复杂组成的硅酸盐和玻璃相。渗透带和未变带呈现气孔均匀分布的显微结构,不同砖种的侵蚀行为各异。

The microstructural changes of two types of checker bricks used in regenerators of coke ovens were studied by SEM,FESEM,EDS and XRD.The results show that the composition of the corrosion medi-um is mainly iron oxides.The ferro-spinel solid solution,hematite grains in nano-size,silicates in complex composition and glassy phase are generated on the surface of slag corroded layer.The infiltration and un-changed zones have uniform porosity microstructure and the corrosion mechanisms are different in the two bricks.
