为充分利用铝热还原制备钛铁合金过程中产生的副产品钛铝酸钙,并改进其烧结性能,以d50=35μm 钛铝酸钙及d50=1.37μm的SiO2微粉为主要原料,干压成型后在1450、1500、1550和1600℃保温180 min热处理后制备了钛铝酸钙试样,研究了SiO2微粉加入量(w)分别为0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%时对试样的线收缩率、体积密度、显气孔率以及显微结构的影响。结果表明:加入0.9%(w)SiO2微粉时,试样线收缩率较大,体积密度达到最大值3.25 g·cm-3,显微结构致密,且加入SiO2能够促进钛铝酸钙晶粒生长;随着温度的升高,试样的线收缩率以及体积密度逐渐增大,且晶粒不断变大,在1550℃保温180 min时,钛铝酸钙晶粒间排列较为紧密。

In order to utilize the by-product (calcium alumino-titanate)during preparing ferrotitanium alloy using aluminothermic reduction method,and to improve the sintering properties of the by-products,the calcium alumino-titanate specimens were prepared using calcium alumino-titanate (d50 =35 μm)and sili-ca fume (d50 =1.37 μm)as the main raw materials,dry pressing,then firing at 1 450,1 500,1 550,1 600 ℃for 180 min,respectively.Effects of SiO2 fume additions (0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,and 1.2%,by mass)on lin-ear shrinkage rate,bulk density,apparent porosity,and microstructure of calcium alumino-titanate were studied.The results show that:adding 0.9% SiO2 fume,the calcium alumino-titanate specimens have lar-ger linear shrinkage rate,denser microstructure and the highest bulk density of 3.25 g·cm -3.And SiO2 can promote the growth of calcium alumino-titanate crystals.With temperature rising,the linear shrinkage rate and bulk density of calcium alumino-titanate specimens increase gradually and the grains grow.The intergranular arrangement of calcium alumino-titanate crystals is closer when fired at 1 550 ℃for 180 min.
