为了提高镁橄榄石细粉和电瓷废料的综合利用水平,开发了一种环境友好的污水处理用吸附剂.以粒度≤0.074 mm的镁橄榄石细粉和粒度≤0.074 mm的电瓷废料为主要原料,以在搅拌磨中分别研磨0、6、12、18和24 h后制备的不同粒度的锯末为造孔剂,经造粒和1 050℃保温3h热处理后制备了镁橄榄石-SiO2多孔陶粒,研究了造孔剂粒度对镁橄榄石-SiO2多孔陶粒性能及孔结构的影响,并探究了所制备多孔陶粒对Cu2+的吸附性能.结果表明:造孔剂的粒度减小会提高镁橄榄石-SiO2多孔陶粒的强度,降低其显气孔率;造孔剂经研磨18 h后,孔径明显减小,颗粒强度达到351 N,显气孔率减小到35%;随着溶液中Cu2+起始浓度的增加,多孔陶粒对Cu2的吸附量呈上升趋势,而Cu2+去除率随着溶液Cu2+起始浓度的增加而减小.

This paper aims at making the best use of forsterite powders and porcelain insulators wastes as well as fabricating one kind of environment friendly adsorbent for wastewater treatment.Porous ceramisites were prepared using forsterite powders (particle size ≤0.074 mm) and porcelain insulators wastes (particle size ≤0.074 mm) as the main starting materials,and sawdust as the pore-forming agent,granulating and firing at 1 050 ℃ for 3 h.The sawdust was ground for different durations (0,6,12,18,and 24 h) to achieve different particle sizes.The effect of the particle size of the pore-forming agent on the properties of the porous ceramisites was investigated,and the adsorption property of the ceramisites for Cu2+ was also studied.The results show that the decrease of the particle size of the pore-forming agent improves the strength and reduces the apparent porosity of the ceramisites.With the pore-forming agent ground for 18 h,the specimen has obviously reduced pore size;the strength and apparent porosity of the specimens reach 351 N and 35%,respectively.The adsorption capacity of Cu2+ tends to increase with the initial concentration of Cu2+ increasing,while the Cu2+ remove efficiency reduces when the initial concentration of Cu2+ increases.
