综述了近几年碳纳米管(CNTs)增强氧化物(氧化铝、氧化镁和氧化锆)和非氧化物(氮化硅和碳化硅)陶瓷基复合材料的研究现状,着重总结了CNTs增强氧化物陶瓷和非氧化物陶瓷的优缺点,并指明了今后的发展方向:开发新型高效催化剂,解决碳纳米管成本昂贵的问题,改善碳纳米管与陶瓷基体的相容性.

The recent researching progress of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) reinforced oxides (alumina,magnesia and zirconia) or non-oxides (silicon nitride and silicon carbide) ceramic composites was reviewed,their advantages and disadvantages were summarized,and the potential development trends were prospected:development of new type high efficiency catalysts,cutting the high cost of CNTs,and the compatibility improvement between CNTs and ceramic matrix.
