介绍了放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术的烧结机制和特点,综述了采用SPS技术制备氧化物、碳化物、氮化物、硼化物和金属陶瓷以及高温和医用钛合金材料的研究进展.并指出了其存在问题主要是:成本高,产品尺寸单一,烧结温度不均匀,存在碳污染现象;同时,展望了其未来研究方向:拓宽SPS技术的应用领域,并解决现有SPS设备及模具存在的问题.

The sintering mechanism and characteristics of spark plasma sintering (SPS) were introduced,and the latest development of ceramics including oxides,carbides,nitrides,borides and ceraments as well as titanium alloy materials for high temperature and medical applications prepared by the SPS technology were reviewed.The main problems regarding the SPS process were pointed out,such as high cost,unitary dimension,uneven sintering temperature,and carbon pollution.Meanwhile,the future development direction was also prospected:broaden the application area of SPS technology and solve existing problems of SPS equipment and moulds.
