探讨了激光熔覆工艺中涂覆层材料的预置工艺对熔覆层的熔覆工艺、成分、硬度分布及相结构的影响.采用SEM、EDAX,显微硬度仪、X射线衍射仪进行测定分析.研究结果表明:在基体表面采用等离子喷涂预置涂覆粉末,经过激光熔覆能够获得成分、硬度分布均匀、组织、相结构均匀和稳定性好、热疲劳寿命长的熔覆层.
