Electrodeposition of Zinc Manganese Alloy in EDTA Bath

研究了不锈钢阳极EDTA作络合剂硫酸盐体系锌锰合金电沉积的工艺条件,考察了各工艺条件的影响情况,电流效率比文献报道提高50%.镀层光亮,镀液稳定.
