评述了目前国内外最具应用前景的YBCO涂层超导体的性能、结构特点及制备技术.介绍用轧制辅助双轴织构(RABiTS)和离子束辅助沉积(IBAD)法制备织构化金属基材及缓冲层的方法.着重介绍了YBCO超导涂层的几种主要制备方法,即脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)、液相外延法(LPE)、化学溶液沉积法(CSD)、溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)等.
