高级检索

二氧化钛薄膜具有价廉、无毒、稳定性好且易回收再利用等优点,在环境污染治理中具有十分广泛的应用前景.目前二氧化钛薄膜的光催化技术步入实用化阶段,但还存在光催化活性低和太阳光利用率低等许多技术难题.总结了近年来二氧化钛薄膜的改性技术,涉及贵金属沉积、过渡金属离子掺杂、非金属掺杂、表面光敏化和半导体复合等方面的国内外研究进展,并在此基础上对今后二氧化钛薄膜改性技术的发展进行了展望.
