采用划痕分析和干砂粒/橡胶轮磨损测试,主要研究了超音速火焰喷涂(High-Velocity-Air-Fuel,简称HVAF )WC涂层与Al-Ni-Cu合金的摩擦磨损性能,并且与电镀硬铬的性能进行了对比.结果表明,HVAF WC涂层和Al-Ni-Cu合金都发生微量磨损,而电镀铬层中发生明显的增重,同时导致Al-Ni-Cu合金大量磨损.在与Al-Ni-Cu合金对磨中,HVAF WC涂层的磨损机理为磨粒磨损,而电镀硬铬为粘着磨损.滚动接触疲劳磨损对涂层均有作用.
