为了考察耐候防腐涂层在承受应力时性能的变化情况,采用DMA(动态力学分析)方法评价了几种耐候防腐涂料的动态力学性能,研究了贮存模量、消耗模量和tanδ三个动态参数和温度之间的关系.揭示了几种涂料体系的结构与组成对涂膜的力学性能和耐化学试剂性能的影响.分析结果表明:采用DMA方法可以分析比较耐候防腐涂料的不同性能特征:具有均一交联的涂膜的聚氨酯涂料和环氧涂料能提供较好的耐化学介质性,具有不均一交联涂膜的聚氨酯涂料具有较好的低温柔韧性.此项研究可为防腐涂料在车辆上的合理应用提供理论依据.
