为了降低纳米Al2O3粉体的表面活性,充分发挥其纳米性能,通过黏度和沉降试验定性地表征了柠檬酸三钠在Al2O3粉体上的吸附情况,并且用紫外-可见分光光度计研究了在pH=10时柠檬酸三钠在纳米Al2O3粉体上的定量吸附情况,测量波长为198nm.用透射电镜观察吸附前后的形貌.结果表明:当浆料的pH=10时,柠檬酸三钠在纳米Al2O3粉体上的吸附满足Langmuir单层吸附,最大吸附量为1.583mg/mL,此时,柠檬酸的量相对于Al2O3粉体为2.5%,恰好黏度最低,沉降速度也最小,即胶体的稳定性和吸附性同时达到最佳.
