纳米TiO2作为一种光催化材料在多种领域内具有极为广泛的用途.然而传统的制备工艺一般需要高温烧结,制备这类材料需要耐高温的基底,这就限制了其使用范围.另外,高温烧结易使晶粒长大,限制了其光催化活性,因此低温下制备TiO2材料具有重要的意义.综述了在低温下纳米TiO2的制备方法,主要包括水热合成法、低温液相法、脉冲沉淀技术、微波水热晶化法和自组装方法.分别评述了这些制备方法的具体特点和有待解决的问题.
