主要研究一种涂层对喷砂诱发的定向凝固高温合金DZ125L表面再结晶的影响.定向凝固高温合金喷砂处理后,采用电弧离子镀工艺方法于喷砂表面涂覆涂层.结果表明:涂层Zr/ZrO2/NiCoCrAlYSiB对DZ125L合金中喷砂诱发的再结晶具有一定的抑制作用.NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层能够有效抑制合金基体表层氧化,不利于再结晶形成,另外涂层覆盖了合金基体表面,有效减少了表面再结晶的形核.研究还发现,Zr元素的添加可能有利于抑制基体元素的扩散,从而减缓再结晶晶界的迁移.
