采用预置涂层法,通过5kW横流CO_2激光器在AZ91D镁合金表面激光熔覆Al60Si40合金粉末,以达到改善镁合金表面性能的目的.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析熔覆层的微观组织,利用显微硬度计测量熔覆层深度方向上的显微硬度,利用MM-200摩擦磨损实验机测试熔覆层的耐磨性能.研究表明:表面激光熔覆层的组织呈现亚共晶组织特点,主要由α-Mg,β-Mg_(17) Al_(12)和Mg_2Si组成;熔覆层的最高显微硬度(270HV)是基体(90HV)的3倍,其耐磨性也明显提高.

Carrying out with a 5kW CO_2 continuous wave laser gear, AZ91D Mg alloys were covered by the laser cladding coatings of A160Si40 alloy powders to improve its surface performances. SEM and XRD were went on the clad-ding coatings to analyze the detailed microstructures and phases, so did the microhardness measurements and the MM-200 wear property tests. It is showed that the cladding coatings are hypoeutectic structures, mainly consisting of α-Mg、β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) and Mg_2Si. The microhardness of the cladding coatings (270HV) are 3 times of the substrates (90HV). Also, the wear properties are improved obviously.
