为在镀锌层表面获得抗蚀性强、与涂层附着好的磷化膜,在镀锌层表面处理液中加入Fe~(2+)和Ni~(2+),并加入磷酸(85%)、硝酸钠、氧化锌、氟化钠等,通过正交试验优化出了一种可获得高附着力的镀锌层磷化成膜工艺,其工艺条件为:1.4g/L Zn~(2+),0.6g/L Mn~(2+),25g/L PO_4~(3-),20g/L NO_3~-,1g/L F~-,成膜时间10min,温度35~45℃.实验结果表明:采用该新的镀锌层磷化工艺可在镀锌层表面形成均匀、致密、抗腐蚀性强的磷化膜,可用于取代传统的镀锌层磷化膜.

In order to obtain the phosphating film with strong anti-corrosion and good adhesion, iron and nickel ions,and add phosphorus acid (85%), sodium nitrate, zinc oxide, sodium fluoride, and so on were added into surface treatment solution of of zinc deposit.And a high zinc phosphide layer film technology was optimized by orthogonal test. Its process was 35~45 ℃, Zn~(2+) 1.4g/L, Mn~(2+) 0.6g/L, PO_4~(3-) 25g/L, NO_3~- 20g/L, F~- 1g/L,10 min film formingtime. The results show that the uniform, dense and strong anti-corrosive phosphating film can be obtained on the surface of zinc deposit by the new phosphating process in 35~45 ℃ in 10 min.It can be used to replace the traditional zinc-phosphate film.
